We saw a fighter fight his ass off tonight in a great fight and all you can do is degrade the man.

I don't want to degrade a guy who obviously gave it his all, but the hype he was getting before that fight was just unwarranted. I'm just trying to call it how I see it. It was the first time I had seen Diaconu fight. And I had heard about his fight with Chris Henry too, and they say he barely won that fight. The guy is just not elite.

Johnson would have to fight the WBC Interim Champion within 120 days, or get stripped of his share of the title. Diaconu didn't get exposed, he fought his heart out, kept coming forward like a tank and hurt Pascal a few times.

Pascal has an iron chin...Dawson has a shaky chin

I know Shaw never made an attempt to bid on that fight. But he probably would have had to go to Romania for less money than what a Tarver fight would bring. And on top of that, the fact still remains that Diaconu bitched out right while the fight was getting ready to happen with that hand injury.
