True. I'm hard on donaire right now because I feel he has a part in his misfortunes. Pwill is the one guy that shouldn't gets fights but he still does.

I really wanna see donaire against:
    Calderon
    Mijares
    Darchiyan rematch
    Hawasaga(sp)
    Arce
And a few others.I'm like him as a boxer so think of my critism as calling him out in an attempt for him to step it up.

I think he's got power and technical ability, his one loss really stemmed from his carelessness, not much to do with his skill. He is getting up there in age though, so I don't think he's going to accomplish much more than he already has.

I think the loss to Donaire had to do with Vic, not knowing how good Donaire was. I had seen 3-4 Donaire fights previous to Darchinyan, and I had no idea he would be that good.

I remember in the lead up to the Donaire fight I said that Donaire would do alittle better than Gabi did against Darchinyan....

I think a few rounds in Darchinyan figured out he was being outclassed, and there was no real adjustment he could make to stem this, so he got desperate, and started throwing power shots, and got dropped like a sack of potatoes.

A rematch would be interesting, to see how Vic would approach it.

a rematch with donaire would retire vic... donaire is the same breed as pacquiao, the immortals. hehe

It depends on the fighter, and it does happen. See, the thing is Vic has become more determined after his loss and I can guarantee that Hatton was never more determined than her was in his fight with Kostya Tszyu and ever since then it has gone down. ****e, he talked about retiring straight after which shows a lack of motivation. It is a mental thing as much as it is a physical thing, but if you have fought and been hurt and gotten through it and then the same thing happened when you were older, everything hurts more.

                Morales, Hatton etc etc.

Surely you are not serious? To be honest Vic has one of the better resumes in boxing today. Long time title holder with some great names on it. Undefeated Pacheco was a very good fighter and a long time title holder, along with HOF Arce, possible HOF Mijares (P4P top guy) etc etc. Raul Martinez was a chump and couldn't beat any of the guys in Vic's title fights, let alone the top guys.

Darchinyan has done more to be in the top ten P4P than most guys above him.

                    disappointed in vics last outing.
all the improvements i seen in him in the mijares
was gone when he fought arce. he reverted back to the
                    crab boy no defense walk.

hey this agbeko/darchinyan is going to be a slugfest.
do not sleep on this one.
agbeko in his last fight against william marinez. agbeko was the smaller guy. and they went at it harder than vic/arce.
                    man, check out this agbeko
you can watch complete fight in parts here.
                    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtN6s1TF4Sc

darchinyan is going up in weight to meet joseph.
joseph is the bigger guy here.
both throw caution to the wind. no semblence of defense will be seen here.
this agbeko is the colored version of darchinyan.
there are going to be fireworks!
