He deserves to be in the bottom part of the top 10 P4P list, but he is still overrated by a lot of people. I don't get this notion that he has improved his boxing skills. I see the same fighter I've always seen. And he will eventually get beat again as soon as Gary Shaw throws him in with someone who has the total package like Donaire has. Kirilov and Mijares were skilled but they didn't have the punching power to get his respect, and that allowd Vic to impose his style on them. Agbeko might not be favored to beat him, but if that's the case, he's a live dog.
