I admit that Mijares was p4p ranked at the time. But it was unwarranted because the only thing he had done up to that point was beat Arce. His victory over Munoz and Navarro were good wins though. He just didn't have the power to stand up to Vic. And on top of that, he went on to lose to a total slug after that knockout loss to Darchinyan. But that is of where you may need to credit Vic for ruining him though.
