Yeah, he is a legendary OLD fighter... he is not in his prime anymore... and i think the fight against cotto proved it, he definitely lost a step... the margarito victory PROVES LITTLE; since it is pretty obvious that margarito relied solely on plaster to win fights... i don't care what anyone says, margarito is not a very skilled fighter, and he was a sitting duck WAITING to be exploited by one of the top welterweights...

that being said, Cotto IS TODAY, while shane is yesterday, err yesterYEAR more like it... And the most important factor to the fighters, and promoters: Mosley does not have as many fans willing to buy pay per views, or buy tickets to the live fight venue... yeah, the name "sugar shane mosley" rings a bell more often that miguel cotto to the non-boxing fan, or casual boxing fan... HOWEVER, there is a huge difference between "knowing" a fighter, and "supporting/liking" a fighter. cotto, on the other hand has proved his mettle, and he will bring more money to the table...
