Cotto might be someone who can beat Pac in his own fashion.

Call me crazy but I think that Pac's aggression will have Cotto running and if Pac stuns him, I see Cotto going down. Pac is a very good BOXER as well as an excellent puncher which he has always been.


Manny's movement is great and he does hold when up close like he is not supposed to (holding is illegal) but allowed to do. He gets away quickly when in danger (not what he would do 3 years ago) and rolls off the ropes when threatened. I am not trying to be a nut hugger or whatever but he is severely underrated for his boxing abilities- I think people still remember him from his first fights with Barrera and Morales.

All I know is that he has tremendous killer instinct and stamina, should he hurt Cotto at some point in the fight I don't really see Cotto surviving because Manny will close the show!

I guess I went a little of topic there. To beat Pac you have to be an excellent counter puncher and have an excellent chin. Above all, you must be able to withstand his stamina and onslaughts when he attacks.

Like Mayweather versus Hatton: kinda close until Hatton started to slow just a tad and then the tide turns because the other guy has such great stamina you can afford to slip an inch

yeah i agree that great counter puncher can beat pacman,u need to take away his rythm,and pacman get knockdown when he fought an australian here in philippines,they even say that the ref save him that they count it much slower,but he ko'd the fighter in the ref stoppage.......lol
