JMM pretty much laid out the blueprint I guess... but you have gotta do it better than him cause whether you think he won or not it was still a close fight and Pacquiao has improved since then...

Anyway, with that said... the best way to probably beat him is to fight smart and counter punch him, you gotta have a good defense too... there isn't an easy way to beat him every fighter will go into the fight having to be at there best.
