Pac fought his last two fights at JWW/WW Divisions. JMM's last 2 fights were on LW. Pac showed he still got speed above 140. JMM was troubled with the faster Diaz in the early rounds. And for JMM fighting Floyd (which people think is a superman in boxing), it would be a mismatch.

Maybe that's the reason. But for me I don't see any problems with Floyd fighting JMM (but he could have chosen top WW's really), I honestly think JMM will pull the upset come fight night.
