Cotto has faced the TRULY BEST WWs in the World. Not some One Win Badly or overrated Judah. If Floyd would of fought some of these guys people would most likely give him a freebie. That's not the case, he ducked.

pacquiao has proven himself by beating a junior welterweight(one that went 10 rounds with mayweather) and a welterweight (one that lost a split decision to mayweather) both in better fashion, and against two opponents mayweather boasts about beating...marquez has never fought above 135!!!!!!!!!!!!
