I see you're taking some hits from the teenie floydstans. Don't worry. When they grow up and turn into boxingfans instead of floydfans they'll see the light.

The fight is well over a month away and it's postponed because of a bruise??? No broken bones. A bruise.... lol.

Everybody in the boxing industry is sceptical about this excuse so we need to see some evidence.

If the questions below is answered I would believe that Floyd is injured. As long as the answers remain a secret Floyd is uninjured as far as I know:

        1. What's the name of the sparringpartner who busted Floyds ribs?

        2. What's the name of the doctor? Why is it so secret?

        3. What does the sparring partner do now? Is he fired?

        4. Has the NSAC received or demanded any medical medical injury documentation?

        5. Has any x-rays been made at all and why aren't they public?

Feel free to answer any or all of the above questions since I might have missed a bit of the overseas mediacoverage.

Untill then this is a fraud.
hahah get em son give it to em. Its all bull**** man, it really is either 1 of 2 things

        1) Being that ticket sales are down.

        2) Being that he wants to get a pacquiao shot before Cotto does. Cause if Cotto wins he doesnt get his payday and now hes forced to fight dangerous Miguelito who can hit and counter well

          but pacquiao is ****.

cotto will ko pacquiao in 1.

floyd would school pacquiao and ko him in 8.

better get paid now. when cotto destroys overrated pacquiao , floyd will lose $15-20 million.

Lol. Could very well be the case. Bob Arum knows how to play this game.

Ticketsales are not the primary revenue in a big fight. I know that, but I am sure that the accountants in GBP can estimate the PPV sales based on ticketsales and other parameters. They just might have calculated that this fight in July would bomb.
Ticket sales /= PPV buys, Vegas has been a ghost town for a while and the prices where very high. They spent a lot ef money already on that July date, sometimes it is better to take a loss like that, then to just eat that overhead (I would have to know the exact numbers to know). This fight was made in that enviroment though, so everybody should have been cautious. People in the US are much more likely to buy a PPV and have a party at their house at this point then go to Vegas (a very expensive weekend).

Floyd has never cried wolf with injuries in the past, so I give him the benefit of the doubt. If he is proven to be faking he deserves what he gets. Floyd talks a lot of **** but what fights has he pulled out of because of injury, claiming to be injured is very different from the random **** that Floyd spews (imo)

The simplest solution is still that Floyd got an injury of some kind, now if they are playing it up who knows but I still think he was injured enough to have to scrap the original date. If you have to cancle a fight (which is never a good move and always gets heat), they are probably looking to find the best date possible (which would be a smart move).

So they couldn't have thought of this before setting a date for the fight? Floyd must have utter buffoons that work for him, or he really is injured.

                    1. Charlie Zelenoff.

                    2. Dr. Vitali Klitschko. He doesn't want people to know his associated with Floyd Mayweather.

                    3. Get DQ in his next fight for spitting mouthpiece again.

                    4. They don't care.

                    5. No

                      Good post.

GBP knew the market. They knew the competition (UFC). My take is that the overestimated Floyds drawing power and hoped people would believe the fight was a legit p4p fight.
