I for one also believe the injury is faked. How convienently it happens right before the 24/7 begins and the full marketting and ads get in full swing which would costs thousands of dollars in loss if it was cancelled after a bunch of episodes and marketting happened. Floyd is smart as usual, now I just hope he realizes, he ain't no ****ing draw!

BTW a more indepth article on why Floyd should fight Manny ASAP before **** really goes sour for him can be found here... http://www.thesweetscience.com/boxin...-pacquiao-now/

I agree in a way that due to the sudden developments, he came out of retirement to earn money, and right now without Pacquiao, he has the worst punishment of having no money, no mega fight.

In fact I heard in the news that the coming fight may be Pacquiao`s last, before going to politics next year. PBF should have challenged Pac right after unretirement, a day before Pac-Hatton, not JMM.

Just a small correction man, he's had no fights above 135. Even on fight night he doesn't gain a great deal of weight. Marquez hadn't even seen 130 until March 2008 (Pacquiao rematch). Of 55 fights, 52 were below 130!

I'm a Floyd fan and even I'm getting tired of it. He needs to do something and fight worthy fighters.

I think Floyd fell in love with JMM, and Floyd did not want to hurt him and he also did not want to lose and so he faked his injury and now both Floyd and JMM are in a secluded hotel franticly making out and bumping uglies.

not really...he is still the most talked about guy in boxing, love him or hate him. you say that his stock has fallen, but why do all these guys want to fight him? Pac has spoken, that is who he wants more than anyone. Mosley wants Mayweather as well.

I went onto ticket master 2 days ago when the news broke & low & behold the nosebleeds (which are always first to go) were available in max quan****** of 10. Thats good enough for me.

On a side note I really really wish mayweather would just shut his mouth & fight the best fighters. I think he beats them all, and does so impressively, so just do it already godamnit. Once in a lifetime talent but he's blowing his legacy.

im no expert but if i am not mistaken, wouldn't his fight with JMM be his first fight back from retirement?

Another poster made that comment and it made some sense. Doesn't he have time to fight the best fighters out there?
