After watching the Cotto/Clottey fight a few times, Cotto was actually pretty impressive even with the cut and against a very difficult opponent in Clottey. Add that to the fact Cotto wants 147 and Mosley could be pushed down to 143, then, yes, Mosley seems to be the easier fight.
