What about edwin valero?

I thought he was stripped and Martinez was bumped up to full championship status?
It says on the ring ratings that he is still the WBC jr midleweight champion.

That would a great fight but Valero is still at lightweight and I have no idea how good he will be at 147.

It wouldn't elevate Cotto's status much because Martinez is largely unknown but I would much rather see that fight than the one with Forrest.

Is not really important who he fights but getting the 154 belt and becoming a 3 division world champion is huge.
