Question for Miguel Cotto fans...

I would love to see that fight to settle this **** once and for all. I do believe Margy has the upper hand, a mental upper hand, but Cotto CAN outbox him any day. With that said, this fight should take place late next year if anything.

Cotto can't outbox Tony without gassing.

Cotto just cant keep Tony off...hell...he couldn't even keep Clottery off him.

He'll get beat down faster if the rematch happens.

I don't think Cotto should give him the respect of a rematch after what cheato did to him, even if Cotto beat the living **** out of him. but...on the other hand, i would love to watch it happen, and avenge his only loss and (in his and his fans minds,) erase that 1 loss to reatain a perfect record. So I'm kinda on the fence on this.

Yea i want to see it happen. it would show that marg did use plaster cuz i feel cotto would go the distace in the rematch and get a ud. it just doesnt make sense to me that mosley and clottey can land the big shots they landed on cotto and not do nearly the type of damage marg did.

I understand your point! After the Mosley incident I don't think he should box again...but beating Margy would shut the mouths of those that say he didn't use plaster when fighting Cotto.

So far only one person has voted no and he's not even a Cotto fan. In fact, he despises Cotto and is a Judah fan so I don't really count his opinion in regards to this topic.

I don't really know how I feel about it.

I guess I'd say that if there's no other big fights on the horizon than yea, I'd like to see it. But I wouldn't want to sacrifice another big fight for that, like a Pac, Floyd, or Mosley fight.

Even if he losses there are fights with Shane, Floyd, Berto, and Williams out there. Its not a big deal to me if he ever avenges the loss but if the fight happens it would be awesome to see revenge.

Great point.! Cotto does have a lot of options right now. I'd love to see him fight Shane, Floyd or Andre for sure!! Still, that loss must nag at him on a daily basis.
