I don't think he should to be honest unless Clottey is willing to move up. Williams brings more money to the table even though they are both high risk, low reward. Paul shouldn't have to drain weight for a guy who is in the same boat as he is. It's just not smart. I think Williams should go back to 147 if Mosley answers his challenge though.

clottey should learn that boxing doesnt reward hitting the target(your opponent)
boxing rewards throwing a lot of punches at the target but missing(since that is a lot harder to do and shows great boxing skill)
