Was JCC a ***** for "making" Whitaker fight at 145? Did it effect the outcome?

Im thinking if the opposite happens to be(i.e. cotto is 140 and pacquiao 147 right now) for 2-3 lbs below no doubt in my mind Pacquiao will be chasing Cotto w/o hesitation for legacy and money and fans will just agree. Shedding 1-2 lbs on weigh-in, i don't think it does affect your performance as an experience fighter w/ very good team backing up. There are champions who tried to shed a few pounds on fight night and still won. Let get it on at 144+.

i dont see that much difference....it should happen at 145.

Cotto has a bigger frame but not everyone has to be the same freaking size. The size difference between the 2 would have very little to do with the oucome of the fight.

yeah but 145-147 lbs pac gets destroyed by cotto. the size advantage is just to much. remember, pac officially weighed 142 lbs against dlh.
