Great stuff. Whitaker was my favorite fighter to watch and had the best defense of all time IMO. You're right about his offense not getting enough credit. Whitaker would **** with anybody and was an excellent body puncher. Something else you don't hear about enough. I remember when he broke Poli Daiz ribs with his body attack.Comment

Nice Vid bro.
Still being processed, the high quality version will be up soon. And you can check that out here.
I only wish I was able to find a quality version of the Oscar and Chavez fights.
It seems like everybody on the internet (or at least here at boxingscene) all have the same 2,fuzzy, foreign, ****ty versions of those fights.

The quote in my signature was actually posted in a thread about Whitaker's body punching. I was surprised how many people were able to recognize this, it's not something you usually hear about.Great stuff. Whitaker was my favorite fighter to watch and had the best defense of all time IMO. Of course there were, as usual, a couple of ignorant people saying that Hatton was a better fighter than Whitaker.

I havenīt seen the vid yet, but Pernell, best left handed boxer ever. even better than me, lol. Naah he was crazy, like Bert Sugar said: he had a radar like instinct with those punches. and he could really blast, like u guys said. i didn't know Lou Duva was his trainer.
awesome video! got u ur props.Comment
