The day before PR Parade Day... you will forget about that though because your a Cotto fan so you will chuck everything aside to try and make your point.

Do you think if Mayweather would have fought on 4th of July the numbers would have been any different?
btw, Miguel Cotto is a Puerto Rican fighting in a foreign country.. For fighting in a foreign country, I'd say 17,000 is really good.
MaxBoxing is a good source mate... but when it says "sources tell MaxBoxing", it isn't anything official JUST yet... maybe there will be in the future more believable.

It is good numbers, but you can't throw aside that it was the day before PR Parade Day where there hero was fighting.

The day before is perfect... watch there hero fight for PR the day before PR Parade day, and then the next day celebrate the holiday... you are thick as pig **** if you don't think that makes any difference. I aint taking anything away from Cotto... but you can't act like he is a bigger draw than Floyd for something he did the day before PR Parade day.

You clearly know nothing about advertising... if PR's most popular fighter is fighting the day before PR Parade Day... it is gonna do numbers.

It's hard to say. Keith is very unorthodox and well rounded. It should be a good fight. I'll be pulling for Thiago though. Hopefully the Machida loss will motivate him to come back stronger

No doubt ! That one would've broken ppv records!

i know its the day before the parade. i'm glad actually. cotto has carved out a niche for himself. the biggest draw in boxing doesn't even have that. he doesn't even have any real fans of his skills, just people that cling to his personality and riches. it's hilarious really. cotto can probably fight that night before the pr parade for the next 10 years and sell it out because of how explosive he is and the show he puts on. mayweather though, might be working @ mcdonalds soon.

I don't even know what it is. He's well versed on the ground but he doesn't really go there too often.

Keith's striking is kinda like Rich Franklins only it's more unorthodox. Punches come from weird angles and he has good leg kicks.

TBH, I'm not sure what his style could be classified as

but i bet clottey sold all those tickets right?

                  floyds ability to draw

Mayweather IS NOT a big draw at all. The only reason he had those two record PPVs were because of the other guy.

Both Oscar and Hatton fans were the ones who purchased the PPVs, not Floyds. Floyd would still be on ESPN if it weren't for those two guys.
