Mosley in my view. I thought Mosley beat Cotto and didn't get the decision, but I'm not going to go into that. He also destroyed the guy who has Cotto's number. The only people that would give Pacquiao credit for beating Cotto are Puerto Ricans. Mosley is ranked the number one guy in the division, and rightfully so. It would look opportunistic on Pacquiao's part to just fight Cotto and hang Mosley out to dry. He looked a hell of a lot better against Margarito than Cotto did against Clottey. And Margarito holds a victory over Clottey, loaded gloves or not. I wouldn't have a really big fuss if Pacquiao fought Cotto, but just give Mosley that same shot. It's only fair. Plus, he's obviously more ready to fight than Cotto is. Richard Schaeffer pointed that out, and it's true. In fact, that's why Pacquiao should fight Mosley before giving Cotto a shot. My preference would be for Pacquiao to clean out 140, but we know he has no intentions of doing that.

If I have to pick one it would be Cotto. Either of them would be a great fight. I think SSM would be more uncomfortable fight for Pac, and a Fight with cotto will be a slugfest. As much I would love to se Cotto vs Pac. I think the WW division needs established linear champ. So a Cotto vs SSM II would be a great fight for boxing and after that a fight with Pac. But Pac is the big money ticket so... lets se what happens.

For me personally it would be Mosley.
If he fights and beats Mosley, it could be labeled similar to the dela Hoya fight, Mosley drained, old and shot fighter, and was just lucky with Margarito. Cotto would be a better draw.

Not yet. He is right now ATG 20 in my opinion, he still has to beat Cotto or Mosley to be ATG 10, then PBF to be ATG 5, then an 8th weight title at super-welterweight to be ATG 1-3.

People would play the age card, if he beat Mosley.
You are prolly right about the age card but he crushed Margarito and Margs was younger than Mosley while Margs beat Cotto who is younger than him.

I don't think the age thing would be a big deal, at least not to me. If Pac beat Cotto or Mosley he would be an ATG. Mosley though is stronger than Cotto in my opinion so that would be the harder fight.
