Chagaev is no Ibrogamov. He'll come to fight.

How so? He didn't do **** against Drumond, and I've seen other fights where he just paws constantly and hunches up.

At least Wlad looks good when he's doing the cautious thing. Chags looks like a sack of nothing.

Wladimir can't be in an exciting fight, unless he's getting KTFO.

I watched the Peter fight earlier, and I hate Peter with a vengence, But Wlad in that fight was truely disgraceful

Well, if some ****headed Haye-nuthugging Brits would get their brainless heads out of their asses, they would probably notice some Wlad's exciiting fights and his grace. But I'm afraid that's a "Mission Impossible" for them...

If you fall asleep during a fight for the greatest title in sport then shame on you. In that case you shouldn't call yourself a fight-fan. Sorry but that's the truth.

Well if it's round 9 and all we're seeing is a repeat of Wlad-Ibragimov, I wouldn't blame anyone for nodding off. Especially if it were late. Nothing shameful about that. Wlad just needs to put on a show this time, otherwise he'll get pissed on by boxing fans as usual. It's in his court. He alone holds the ability to make it a good fight (considering we don't get the unpredictability factor of Haye), so it's all up to him as near-undisputed champ to deliver.

I consider myself lucky to have watched the Ibragimov fight after it took place - I knew it was going to be a technical distance match, so I didn't have any preconceptions or high expectations going in. Rather, I found it fascinating to watch purely on the basis of seeing such a vastly different angle to HW boxing (having grown up with the '90s sluggers who made an effort to KO people quickly). It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either. At least IMO.

I tell you what. Haye might be more unpredictable, but Chagaev has a much better chance of winning than Haye. Chagaev is an excellent fight and he will come to win. Add also that he's a southpaw and that Wlad had prepared for an orthodox and you just might have a recipe for an upset.
