To all you haters, PAC has never fought at a catch weight.

Not sure if any of you can remember when pac had goofy ass highlighted dyed hair or not. But I agree, if pacquiao is going for legacy than he needs to fight at 147, and if his people and him believe he is not a 147 pound fighter than he should take out all the 140 pounders. Alot of good 140 pounders like Bradley, Holt, and now nate campbell.
i doubt you saw pac in 1998 or earlier. unless you had access to philippine tv.

even i never got to see him fight that early.

his first fight that was televised in the u.s. was in 2001 i think. that's the first time i got to see him. it was his first fight in the u.s. as well.

Too bad, all three fighting on the same card couldn't pull a crowd like Cotto last Saturday.

          it's dumb.

one guy is at 140. one guy is at 147. how the hell is meeting in the middle unfair?

pac haters are just hating for the sake of hating.

cotto fans on the other hand , i think , are scared he'll lose.

people are overreacting about the delahoya fight.

delahoya screwed himself over. he tried to diet and keep his weight at 147 in the ring that night. he wasn't weight drained. his dumb ass crash dieted and over trained.

he was more worried about how his win would look. he thought pac was an easy win so he wanted to come in as light as possible to make it look like a great win and not a mismatch. he underestimated pacquiao.

after the morales lost the 2nd fight , he then wanted at 135. why would pacquiao agree to that? he fought morales twice at morales' weight class and then now move up again another weight class for him?

as far as delahoya , even at 147 people thought the fight was a joke. do you think anyone would have bought it at 154?

cotto is 147 champ. pacquiao is a 140 champ. a fight in the middle would be fair to both.

it's a ***** move for pacquiao who just weighed 138 for his last fight to ask for a fight at 143-144?

but it's not a ***** move for a welterweight to ask a natural featherweight to come up to 147?

            dumb.
            good post as usual...

In his weigh in against Hatton, Pac came in at 138 and it was reported that this was after he ate 2 breakfasts.

i dunno why cotto fans are so scared. as long as cotto rehydrates up to middleweight he should be good regardless of the catchweight.

the reason why dlh deservedly got whupped was because he tried to stay under 147 lbs on fight night.
