Its okay for Pacquiao to fight Oscar at 147 but not Cotto?

          if manny is fighting for his legacy, he will fight cotto at 147. anything under that would just deter the accomplishment of beating him, if he does win

                  Cotto won't be drained at 147, and will hydrate up to 160lbs.

                  Oscar was drained at 147 because he came down from an ring entrance weight of 167lbs.

                  Pacquiao wants them drained, can't you figure that out?


                  Pacquiao will fight Pavlik as long as Pavlik is on his deathbed at the weigh-in.

                  Btw Clown, Pacquiao KTFO Cotto just as long as there are no body slams or low-blows to take out the steam of Pac's punches, like Cotto did to Clottey.
