Its okay for Pacquiao to fight Oscar at 147 but not Cotto?

Pac has fought at 147, I don't really understand why should there be a catchweight for this fight. Wouldn't Pac want to get full credit for beating Cotto at WW instead of fighting a weight drained version of Cotto. Saying that I don't think he can beat Cotto and he's just trying to get some kind of advantage.

Roach openly stated he wouldn't ahve let pac fight a prime DLH at 147. The fact taht DLH was past prime is the only thing that even allowed the slightest notion of that fight bein competitive. Nobody woulda guessed DLH would be so weak.

Cotto won't be drained at 147, and will hydrate up to 160lbs.

Oscar was drained at 147 because he came down from an ring entrance weight of 167lbs.

Pacquiao wants them drained, can't you figure that out?

Pacquiao will fight Pavlik as long as Pavlik is on his deathbed at the weigh-in.
