Not immediate, only because he has big money fights staring him in the face. Passing up Pacquiao for Clottey based on principle would be ******ed. I do think if he loses to Manny that he should go for a rematch. Clottey has more of a case for a rematch than Mosley does.

Did you give Clottey 11 and 3? I'm just curious. those seem to be the swing rounds. I gave those to Cotto. Some gave the 10th to Cotto, I saw it as a Clottey round.

Dude faked a Low Blow, when he in fact was low blowing Cotto in the revious rounds. And the the famous rabbit punch, that wasnt a raabit punch because it landed perfectly on Clotteys ear.

I actually agree with you Larry, if it was Floyd or someone else, people here would **** on him a lot more then ever before, I ANYTHING if Clottey would have won a close fight like that and had a bigger fight lined up all the Cotto stans would call him a *****, ducker, blah, blah, blah, Cotto should give him an immediate rematch, he shouldn't fight Manny or more like he isn't fighting Manny, because they are not going to fight Cotto at 147, with the 116-111 scorecard, now I'm starting to suspect Arum ****ed Clottey over, he paid the judges to give Cotto the win (even though I had him winning by 1 point) to set up the Pacquiao fight, I say Cotto needs to rematch Clottey, then Shane and then fight Money May.

Clottey loss the fight. Cotto won more rounds, threw nore and landed more. And all of that with one ****ing eye!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree, I know Clottey is a dirty fighter, after the first headbutt he lunged in head first and then he would push down on Cotto in the clinch hence the reason Cotto slammed his ass (look at the replay Clottey looked like he was gonna jump on Cotto to push him down but didn't expect him to slam his ass on the floor) I don't blame Cotto for fighting dirty in the end, **** if we were in his position can you say you wouldn't have tried the same after countless fouls? Like I said, I think he should give him the rematch because it was perfectly obvious that Cotto was beating him before the cut.

Nobody is saying no rematch. It would be another interesting fight. But it not have to to be a Inmeadite one. Cotto has beter things to do know. Clottey will have to wait a fight or 2!!!!!!!!

I don't think a rematch is completely necessary, especially not immediately. Cotto obviously won that fight although it was close. All this so called controversy reminds me a bit of Cal vs B-Hop... probably shouldn't have brought that up but IMO it's the same sort of thing.

Though I picked Miguel to TKO Clottey in 9, Cotto needs to MAN up and give this guy an IMMEDIATE rematch. Real talk. It was a good fight in which I though Clottey won but it was indeed close. 116-111 is horrible! Any TRUE boxing fan knows that the fight was NOT to be scored in that manner.

He gets punched in the face for a living and he cried like he got shot in the knee when all he did was fall on it. Notice he immediately pushed off of it just fine once he "walked it off". Bull**** from Clottey that was.
