even against a smaller figher in Pac Cotto will box more than brawl. he's too patient to make mistakes, but Pac isnt so disciplined that he won't lunge in or throw haymakers with his head down.

Some people on here have a complete misunderstanding of what p4p means. Even if Cotto ko's Pac in the 1st round he isn't p4p #1 because Pac is smaller than him....The whole notion of p4p was developed because good fighters of different sizes shouldn't be fighting each other, so we make a hypothesis about who is better relative to their individual size in the weight class they belong in.

i love cotto but he isn't the same fighter. i saw a huge lack of punching power. i don't think he hug into ANY of his punches last night. though for some reason, i think his speed also lacked and thus, in order to make up for the speed he had to put less juice into his punches. this may be because clottey's speed was higher. but anyone could see that cotto isn't the same fighter.
