1.While Clottey fought a great fight and is a top notch fighter he did not do enough to BEAT THE CHAMP. I will say it again for some of those who have forgotten one of boxing's golden rules, you must BEAT THE CHAMP, not come close to or almost. This is true in all of boxing not just Cotto's case.
2.Because Cotto got cut very seriously over his eye(from an illegal headbut)and could not see clotteys right hand now Clottey gave Cotto a boxing lesson?
