I think its a decent chance... but Pac will be hit harder than he ever has in his career... so I would have to see how he handles Cottos power.

          Pacquiao would hurt Cotto bad.

I said before. Cotto has problems with relentless pressure and guys with high punch out put. Which Pacquiao is one of them.

I may not care for Cotto but got damn, if he fights Pacquiao at 140 and PWill at 147. I will have hell of a lot more respect for him. Fighting your weakness, is tough.

I think its a pretty general consensus after last night that Pacquiao should be a quite clear favourite against Cotto.

It's tough to call that fight. I imagine Pacquiao would be the favorite. If Cotto moved down, he might lose.

I simply do not think Pac could stand up to flush punches from Cotto. MP wasn't really hit by either DLH or Hatton, but Cotto's is in a better shape than those two were and has the timing to land on Pac.

Plus, Cotto's chin at 147 is very under-rated, considering he's taken flush shots from Mosley and Clottey, and 11 rounds from a plaster-using Margarito.

I love Pac, but I simply do not see him beating Cotto, even though Miguel's defence is far from airtight, and he still might be suffering the after effects of the Marg fight, and from being in one too many wars.

Ok....do you think Pacquiao could beat a real WW? SSM or Clottey? let's take it even further....do you think Pacman will fight him @ 147? of course not....Clottey is not and easy fighter for any one. Why do you think SSM and the rest of the division don't want to fight him? The only way Pacquiao fights Cotto is by him agreeing on a catch weight, translation= dehydrated and not full strength, simple as that....no BS, no unbiased, plain and simple the truth!
