we all know this. we all know a cut of that magnetude & the amount of blood loss will affect any fighter. people usually get weak & dizzy after losing blood like that. most fighters fold up after a bad cut like that. remember the ghost quit under those same circumsances. a cut affected pacman in morales 1, roy with joecal, & clearly cotto with clottey. u cant truely grade someone after a cut like that.

i agree. the fact that cotto fought on and finished the fight with that ugly cut shows his heart and determination.

i think it's being used as an excuse. It was abad cut but his corner did a good job.

Lampley was saying that cotto couldn't see punches coming. I tend to disagree, clottey is just a really good and accurate puncher. And it takes away from clottey's performance a bit for people to bring up cotto's cut.

how u gon dissagree that it was gettin in his eye? Where u in his head or something seeing it? He was pawing at it the hole time for a reason
