Exceelent point, and true knowlegeable fan, of the sport. I have been a boxing fan, for 30 years,and know the sport well. Did you see of Manny Steward changed his opinion, in the post fight interview. He had Clottey winning all night, only to change to Cotto.

That knockdown was one point..and it didn't make up for all the rounds Clottey won and all those shots he landed.

Explain how landing MANY fewer punches and powershots wins him the fight clearly. Anywhere else and that fight is a UD to Clottey by at least 2 rounds. But Cotto got some of that sweet home town cookin...anyone coming into the fight not a huge fan of either guy will have it for Clottey. Like I said before, take two non Cotto or Clottey fans and let them watch the fight with the sounds off. Then ask who won. It will be Clottey all day long. Go ahead Cotto fans, find some friends and prove me wrong.

False! I am a fan of neither. I will be the 1st to explain how average cotto is. But, in this fight he clearly won by at least 1rd. Clottey had the man out several times and acting like zab judah in there. The margin of decision was BS but we all knew he wasnt gonna get a decision in MSG. Why do u think he fights there? Clottey got what he deserved. He failed to finish off a wounded animal and got bit by that animal and his friends.
