good for him a victory is always nice, especially in a tough fight, but you really cant sit here and brag and say cotto looked really good in this fight.. he was getting tagged damn near the entire fight, there were times where he looked worried and was in survival mode.. cotto got on that bike pedal and was running a little bit, but its ok when cotto does it right??

its a close fight, and of course the judges are gonna give it to cotto on the eve of the rican parade in ny.. not saying he didnt deserve it, just stating the obvious.. the only way for clottey to get a victory in this fight would be if he won by ko..

you can give him credit for continuing to fight with a ****ed eye and with the out of the rind drama leading up to the fight.. but dont sit here and downplay what really happened.. dont gimme that one eye bull ****, cuts happen it was accidental.. its just like saying cotto tried the wwf throw suplex on clottey right? or like the rabbit punch and low blows correct? you have to see things from all angles, stop over hyping everything

Clottey faked that **** clearly! Cotto didn't even put any force in it and Clottey drops like he's just been shot in the leg and then he rolls around on the floor, and the rican parade had nothing to do with the score on the judges card put that to bed right now that's just ******.

I Don't see where anyone is bragging about Cotto's performance either, Cotto knocked him down in the 1st round, right then Clottey is chasing the fight and Cotto knew he was so he played it smart making Clottey come to him while landing a few combos, Clottey didn't take advantage of Cotto sitting back that's his problem he was trying to land a big right hand and KO Cotto, I have no idea what Clottey was doing in the 6th my guess would be he was playing possum trying to make Cotto make a mistake and then land the right hand.

All in all it wasn't Cotto's greatest performance but it was a very gutsy fight I think Cotto did enough to win the fight.
