I think the judge who scored the fight 116-111 was named Daddy Yankee, Clottey won the fight. From round 7 and on, Cotto got on the bicycle and did not land anything meaningful, while Clottey pressed the action and blocked most of the shots Cotto threw, in the end Clottey landed more punches. Cotto received a gift decision last night. Clottey deserves a rematch and hopefully for the rematch, he wears some cleats.

hahaha daddy yankee. good 1. dont think clottey won the 11 n 12 rounds tho. the champion rounds. at the end of the 11 he hit clottey wit 2 left hooks that were alot more meaningful than almost any punch clottey landed. i think thats y clottey was fightin scared in the 12th and was lookin for a cheap point. not a sign of a true champ.

that was more disappointing than his only loss...
i think they both fought like girls...
i wasn't impressed with clottey neither... he complains in the middle of every tough fight he gets

Agreed, as unjust as the decision was, Clottey should have known that he'd get screwed if it went to the card being that they were in NY. He should have pressed more in the final two rounds. Cotto wouldn't have made it to the 12th against Tony, Clottey let him off the hook.

you're an a$$ even arum scored the first round 9-9. Without the knockdown that would have been a 10-9 round for clottey... he got knocked down in the final seconds after besting cotto IMO in that round so he gets a point deducted hence 9-9
