I'd have to go with Richardson, because I don't speak Spanish.
Obviously Beristain is the more accomplished of the two, with so many World Champions under his belt.
But give Richardson his due.
He's a master strategist, and an intregal part of Team Hopkins.
Not to mention his calm attitude in the corner between rounds.
I'd want a trainer like Naazim, who would look me square in the eyes, and calmly tell me what I'm doing good, and what I need to do better.
I wouldn't want some loudmouth prick like McGirt or Mayweather senior screaming in my face.
Beristain and Richardson are the 2 best trainers out there today IMO.
