I dont mknow who you have Nacho confused with, but the majority of Nacho's fighters have been Boxer/Punchers with an emphasis on the "Boxer" part. You describe Nacho's style as if it was the type that Chavez or Margarito used.

The is a reason why Golden Boy wanted Mares with Beristrain. They wanted Nacho teach Mares to put his punches together, be patient, counter punch more effectively and utilize defense that allows for efficient offense.

Richardson didn't train Mosley to be a pure Boxer for the Margarito fight. He got Mosley to go straight at him. To be the agressor with the power and not allow Margarito to try to bully his way to a rhythm. What Mosley did that night was nothing close to a pure boxing exhibition.
