The last may or may not be true, but the first isn't. Frank Bruno was extraordinarily popular. Being a HW helps but Frank had nowhere near Amir's raw talent.
It's just personality; Amir comes across as a ****y, arrogant c*nt (if not quite in the Naseem Hamed or David Haye class) and Bruno never did because, amazingly enough, he actually isn't. Hatton came across as confident rather than ****y and arrogant, although he is both. It would be unfair to say Lennox Lewis, who of course was a far better fighter than any of them, didn't have a personality, but he certainly didn't have much of a chat show persona.
