Did Sugar Ray not get paid for that risk though? Hearns was a killer no doubt though.

If he's not a real Welter then I don't know what is.

Floyd fought the best Jr Middle but gets no cedit.
Wait, so Baldomir was the strongest Welterweight? Holy **** lol

Was oscar REALLY the best 154lb fighter...or was he the most POPULAR? Big difference homie. Oscar wasn't really chasing a fight with Vernon Forrest or a 3rd fight with Mosley.

Baldo took shots from Forrest that had Shane crying for his mama.

It's common knowledge that Baldo is close to 170 in the ring and is strong as a bull.

Cotto and Tony couldn't beat Oscar at 154 if they tag teamed.

who says floyd is too small for the ww?some just point out that floyd is smaller than all the ww because alot of people knock floyd for fighting hatton and now marquez even though floyd is closer to these 2 fighters size and hatton brought more money than any ww did and even with the criticism of floyd not fighting cotto and shane now most want to see floyd fight pacquiao who is not a ww, the hipocracy and the hate is just overwhelmin at times, if floyd is not pulled into a pacquiao fight and if cotto doesn't lose to clottey i do believe that cotto will be floyds next opponent unless arum denies the fight to try to make floyd fight pacquiao

I agree with the general consensus that Floyd has went out of his way to avoid fighting a top Welterweight. But now that he has chosen JMM as an opponent I'm not going to continually tear down the guy. I'm willing to ease off on the guy and give him a little bit of slack. I think Floyd will have his hands full in this fight JMM. And if he wins, then I'll go back to bashing him for ducking this or that guy. But I've got this gut feeling that Marquez is gonna give Floyd all he can handle in this fight to be honest. I will also tear Floyd apart on here if he gets an unpopular decision over JMM. I hope whoever wins this fight earns it with their fists and not through politics. But if a gift decision was ever to be granted to someone, how the hell would it go to Marquez? The only questionable win JMM has in his career is over a motivated Barrera. All the losses on his record are close fights that could've easily gone his way. The John fight in Indonesia was the worst of them all though.

Your simple words just don't move me. You're minor, I'm major. Stuck in the game and dont deserve to be a player.
