He only really moved up to get those titles to look more attractive to oscar, if not for oscar, floyd might not have went any higher than 140. He wouldnt have much of a reason to. Granted he shouldnt be saying hes the best fighter ever when there are challanges left on the table, he no longers holds those titles, thus, whatever he does at welter matters very little to me, so long as he takes on one or two or those contenders who wanted him in the first place.
