Nah. Quartey was pretty quick in his prime, and the thing Tito doesn't like is a good jab,a nd Quartey has one of the best jabs in history, noty to mention he wa s a puncher hence why Oscar had to fight on the back foot, eventhough ke had along ass lay-off, and beat Oscars ass only to get robbed.
