That is certainly a concern, especially when you consider how these men feel about each other. I still think both have enough greed in them to get the deal done, if they were not greedy bastards I think the past issues would be much harder to overcome.

I guess its Time for that ether that makes your soul burn slow. It seems like a lot of you guys on here are either from the P.I or just have the Pinoy Boy Balls in your mouth.

Out here on the West Coast we call that **** riding man thats so **** in the worst way. So Let us Play Devils Advocate. Pac-man or today's HYPE-JOB as I would put it,,,Os really scared to Fight African -American Fighters or Fighters that are of Black Bloodlines.

Do you remember when Pac-Man was fighting between 126-130-135-140 There where tons of Black Fighters who Barrerra, Morrales , Marquez & Pac would not fight..

Casamoyer, Frietas, Corrales, Zaheer Raheem, Nate Campbell, Joan Guzman, Kendall Holt, IVAN Calderon,Celestino Cabellero,Anthony Peterson,Zab Judah

So when you hype some one make sure you place the truth for the public to see PAC-***** is scared to fight the borthers or he would have collided with an elite along time ago "Barrera" fought 2 Blacks he split 1-1 Morales just got the **** beat out of him & I know JMM did his thing to a couple of them ..

See the Vatos was not scared so I can not call them hype they put in work either way it go. But to try to give Pac props on Left-over sunday dinner come oon you cant justify that. Being that he Fought a Hatton who should have 5 losses out of his last 7 fights, Collazo,URANGO,Mayweather,lazcano..Then Pac.

Come on Oscar was dead as can be walking the green mile Trust me If Oscar & Pac would have fought with the same conditions as Mayweather Pacman would have been ****d out the rack of his body

Final statement It's a lot of *****'s on this Board I bet lot of you never even had a street fight let alone a fight in the Squared Circle

I disagree with Arum. Cotto vs Pacquiao is not as huge as Mayweather vs Pacquiao. Its a mismatch where arum gets a huge pay day and its a no lose situation for him because he promotes both fighters. It should be a 60/40 split between Manny and Floyd with the winner taking the 60%.

Yeah the one Floyd already won twice?

I have never said a bad word about Manny. For the record hes actually one of my favorite fighters. I make fun of his ****suckers because they tend to not even be boxing fans and will go to any extreme to defend him at all costs. They think with their hearts not their heads......I also do the same for Mayweather or any other fighters ignorant ****suckers.

USA Today 4/28/2009...And in the red corner, weighing in at 140 pounds, the world's 22nd most influential person Manny Pacquiao. . .

Time magazine does indeed rank Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao as the individual with the 22nd most pull on the globe, in its annual World's Most Influential Person list. (Photo by Gabriel Bouys/AFP/Getty Images)

Among all sports figures, that puts the pound-for-pound champion second, behind overall No. 9 Kobe Bryant. And, as Pacquiao preps for Saturday's brawl with Ricky Hatton, he can enter the ring knowing he's loved, having attracted the most online votes, at 20,391,818.
You are still going on about PPV buys. He was talking about DOLLARS. So again, you are trying to argue a point that no one was ever talking about. Hence, you dont know what your talking about.

And like I said you still sitting he trying to prove to me how credible Manny is when I already told you I know how dope Manny is. Im making fun of you for riding his ****, not making fun of Manny.

He's still a huge draw but not nearly as big a draw as he would be if the Philippines was a rich country.

                  That's just life.

But it's obvious that both fighters deserve 50/50 and Arum is being an idiot for pretending otherwise. He's in danger of killing the fight by making demands that Floyd's pride could never possibly allow him to accept - it could end up like the Hopkins-Jones rematch if he isn't careful, and that would be bad for boxing, because nearly everyone wants to see this fight.
                  Thank you Dave.

And Valero beat him up in sparring. It was still a great win for Manny but don't pretend he was the same fighter that Floyd beat, because you lose all your credibility when you say things like that.

As for their relative performances against Hatton, styles make fights. Foreman destroyed Frazier, then Ali destroyed Foreman, but Ali-Frazier III was the toughest fight of Ali's life. Mayweather-Pac would be the toughest fight of Pac's career so far, and Floyd would be the favourite. Although Pac might surprise everyone again, and win against the odds, it would be against the odds.

Thats what im trying to say about these biased fans.
