In fact, even if these guys don't fight each other, I'm sure that someone like Paul Williams or one of the top 168 lbers would be willing to take them on. And yet they seem content to keep fighting the Locketts, Rubios, Moras, Duddys, Orals, Simons, and Ikekes of the world. I actually have to give Pavlik a little bit of credit for expressing interest in fighting Froch. But doing and saying is two different things.
Just like Arum was afraid to put Cotto and Tony in with Mayweather..right??

I mean you can't have it both ways.

What are you trying to say? I alluded to the fact that neither Abraham or Pavlik are stepping up to the plate and I don't think I could be any further from the truth.

It sounds like you don't know much of the history, Sturm was asking for money that wasn't there to fight Abraham (some 3 million euros). It became public that AA's team asked Arum what they could do to get a fight with Pavlik and he said build his profile in the US.

That sounds like something people would kill Mayweather for.

Yes because everyone's been waiting almost 2 years for this to happen already. Both of them have been the only names with belts in they're division for pretty much the past 2 years. Why did we just waste 2 years waiting for Abraham/Pavlik at Middleweight? There was no reason for this fight not to happen. Now everyone just forgets about just like that. Just because Arum through out some BS about possibly a more exciting fight that can wait. It's pretty obvious that Top Rank does'nt want any part of Abraham. How much more blatant can it be?

Pavliks a ***** he don't want to fight Abraham. Bob Arum should get a licken for this. I can't believe they just kept Abraham just hangin like this. Seriously Abraham's gotta have close to 10 defences of the IBF belt already.

I realize the Middleweight division is **** right now. But even so, why don't Pavlik and Abraham just move up to 168. It's gotten to the point of where both of these guys have avoided each other for so long that I'm not even interested in the fight anymore. Abraham looked like **** in his last fight against a C-level opponent and that may have to do with weight troubles possibly. I don't want any weight drain excuses when these two guys go at it. Of course Arum isn't helping that situation by mentioning every other opponent besides Abraham. I heard Vernon Forrest was interested in fighting Abraham. That fight will help gain Abraham's recognition with the U.S. audience.

As dead as 160 is there is no excuse for this fight not to have happened.

                **** that moving up ****.

                They are both middleweights.

AA looked like **** because that's what he is...don't blame the weight.

If he looks like **** at 160 he'll look like vomit at 168.

That goes double for Smelly Pavlik,

If the division is **** and the 2 top fighters are far away the best than the fight should be a no brainer. It's not everyday where there's a fight that can unify 3 belts. Abraham's claim for #1 is as strong or almost as strong as Cotto's was to Mayweather when he was the Ring champ.

Abraham is severely struggling to make weight (which explains his last performance), but he wants the Pavlik fight at 160 for all the marbles instead of 168 for nothing, can you blame him?

I don't think he's ducking Abraham, I think Arum is the one who doesn't really want to make the fight.
