Doesn't mean he has no power. Anyone can land than one shot to ko someone. Just takes technique. Cottos chin is not solid either. He can't take a shot anymore.

What is you definition of "feather fisted?" Because to me, feather fisted is when you can barley hurt your opponents in fights. Clottey can hurt his opponents, but he can rarely stop them. He isn't a powerful puncher by any means, but he is not feather fisted.

1 ko (Jose Luis Cruz) in 5 years

15 of his 20 ko came over opponents that had a combine record of 3-23


I mean this guy is not a power puncher.

To be honest, that was a bull**** stoppage. Cruz was hurt, but he was never badly in trouble.

I think Clottey just doesn't try to finish his opponents. There were times where he had Margarito stunned in their fight. He could have also easily stopped Corrales, but he didn't seem to go for a knock out. He certainly has the strenth to get Cotto's respect and have him back peddling. He is far from feather fisted.
