There is a reason this fight never happened! Money was the disguise.

Hatton has always beaten fighters on Witter's level.

Hatton by KO, aroung the 7th or 8th round.

Witter's style would be a nightmare for Hatton, he's too good at throwing sneaky punches from strange angles and catching the opponent when he's not expecting it. And Hatton's style is perfect for Witter, especially now in the later stages of his career where he has abandoned a lot of his boxing fundamentals.

Hatton has never beaten anyone with the skill level or awkwardness of Witter (unless you count Malignaggi, but he can't punch). His best wins have been against straight ahead fighters or fighters who can't punch.

Hatton has NO impressive wins on anyone at Witters level of all round talent and non-shotness

I think Witter is a bit ****e and overrated simply by association with Ricky Hatton. He hasnt actually done anything spectacular in his own career. But I think Ricky has been on a steady decline since the Tszyu fight and is pretty much done at this stage.

Fight aint happening in a million years
