Im guessing about 10,000 to 12,000 on fight night.

Remember, 9,000 people paid to see him fight Baldomir. Marquez has a very large and loyal fanbase. Im sure this fight sells better then the Baldomir fight
actually is is conceivable that as little as a 100 have been sold

remember what they did for Mayweather Hatton when they only made like a few thousand available for public consumption?

same thing with both DLH Mayweather and Hatton Pacquiao. What happens is an allotment is given to each promotoer who in turn turns them over to brokers so they can make money on them. Fighters are given some as well for the same purpose

now with all the fights above (with the exception of DLH Pac) there was a demand to them so they made a profit. Tickets werent available to the public since there were so few so those wanted in any had to go to brokers to get them

now fast forward to Dec 2008 and what they expected for Pacquio DLH turned out to be a huge disaster because the brokers ended up giving tickets back to the promoters and fighters because they werent selling. That is why you saw tickets the week of the fight for face value and hotels were including them in the packages for hotels

        same for Hatton Pacquiao

public sees that tickets are almost gone and think everyone has been buying them when in reality only what was release to the public has been sold and the others haven't. Heck with tickets available still through places like ticketmaster and the box office show how bad this is selling

week of the fight there will be tons of tickets flooding the market. A fringe person in boxing I know just got 4 free tickets to this fight and her company doesn't represent either fighter

all those celebrities walked out on floyd during his fight against Baldomir, lol

Sitting ring side is social status in big mega fights. "most" of those ring side people don't give a **** about boxing.

This is true for sure, but I would be suprised if brokers were not more leery of boxing after the dabacle they had with Oscar-Pacman, also with the way the economy is (and travel to Vegas overall), I would have to think they would not want to put a lot of eggs in the boxing basket anymore unless it is a sure thing. It is concievable though that this is correct (because maybe they view this fight as a sure thing).

                And this exposes Mayweather again.
Mayweather was telling the world that he was the draw when he was not.

OLDH and Hatton were the draw.

Floyd could not attrack flies if he was covered in shiet and they sprinkled a pound of powered sugar on his ass.

                Floyd EXPOSED again.

                WAH WAH WAH WAH WAH.

Now the TRUTH begins to shed some light, the un-masquerading has already begun.

I know what happeaned, they were still there though, Denzel seemed quite pleased when Floyd took Hatton out since judging by how he jumped up and turned around and wave his arms in a "get out of here" fashion.
