who is better p4p? pavlik or hatton?

Pavlik.

He has a height+reach advantage over everyone in his division, and he makes excellent use of that with his straight punches. He hits harder than Hatton, has a better defence, and a better chin. He also keeps his head when faced with adversity. He also keeps his head/remains calm when faced with adversity.

Hatton has some advantages (he's better on the inside) but I think KP is better overall.

Hatton at his best showed heart, footwork, power and speed.

The Hatton of 2005 is miles better than Pavlik of 08.

I always thought Hatton was overrated. Im not really a fan of Pavlik(especially lately) but hes pretty solid.
