Haye had nothing more then a punchers chance and if he got lucky the clauses guaranteed that he couldn't fight a few tomato cans before giving a rematch. You don't want clauses then you need to do it the old fashioned way and EARN your title shot!

I doubt it. They must have been fairly desperate to get Chagaev in there as a credible opponent to fill the date. I imagine the contract is a favorable one for Chagaev based on what he would have received had they negociated the normal way.
