I don't see why Haye had to have a 3 rematch clause and Chagaev doesn't. They obviously seen Haye as a much bigger threat.

I don't think this is the case for Chagaev. They only did it for Haye because they thought they would lose.

Because Chagaev is a legit top heavyweight, because it's a unification fight, and because it's for the Ring title, there are no rematch clauses.

Chagaev hasn't done anything to piss Wlad off, and they badly needed someone to fill the date.
