Well to be fair, there is a difference between saying somebody is the best southpaw of all time and saying somebody will beat Sugar Shane Mosley... one statement is much bigger than the other.

Pacquiao is a great fighter and definitely one of the best left handed fighters of all time, I am unsure whether he is the greatest southpaw but he is definitely up there. Either way it is a great compliment and Manny should be extremely proud he said such a thing, because that means he rates him above the likes of Whitaker and Hagler.
