Your name reminded me that Hopkins-Trinidad was totally tight (not a swipe at you, but it did jog my memory). Trinidad wasn't very competitive in it, but it was still a very fun watch.

Lampley's yelling about the HUGE RIGHT HAND at the end almost makes my life complete.

B-Hop - Tito (One-sided fight that I thought was very exciting)
Winky - Taylor (Boring match-up on paper but ended up being a good fight)

I guess it's really sad then that the guy who came to fight only scored punches when Oscar was running.

I think that means the runner was outfighting the fighter.

Probably because he's an ill-conditioned F who could never go a full 12 in his career.

It was obviously lame that he ran the last few rounds though, I'll agree with that.

I seriously don't understand why your PR guys go for arguments like, "Trinidad actually deserved the decision" and "Oscar loses because he ran". In reality, De La Hoya showed he was the better fighter in the ring that night.

The argument I would go for to defend Trinidad if I was you all would be that he was extremely weight drained. I mean, he didn't look like he had the intensity, speed and power that made him such a badass in his previous fights at 147 and beyond that at 154.

Do what you want, but... I just think you'll have a much easier time defending arguments like he wasn't at his best that night.

Both Echols fights were really good, although the second one was fairly one-sided.

Gatti/Ward II and III obviously ******. They were massively overrated because of how tight the first one was. II was a total beatdown and III was only competitive because Gatti broke his hand in half during the fight.
