Fights that are more or less exciting than they should be...

Some fights are competitive, back and forth fights with big bombs being landed from both sides, but just don't do it for me in terms of excitement. One example is (you guessed it) Cotto-Mosley. For some reason, this fight didn't have me on the edge of my seat the way Pacquiao-Marquez II did.

Other fights that shouldn't have been all that exciting, because they were pretty one sided, but still really got me into them are as follows: Castro-Jackson I (even before the ending I was on the edge of my seat when Jackson was dominating), Robinson-Gatti I, Cotto-Pinto, etc.

Are there any one-sided fights that you would prefer over a good back and forth action fight that you can think of? Please leave your favorite fighters out of this, because your favorite fighter dominating someone else is always going to be pleasing to the eye, even if it's fairly boring to most other people.

Andrew Golota-Rid**** Bowe 2 was somewhat of a one-sided ass kicking. Bowe did win round 3 and dropped and hurt Golota in round 4, but was back to going down and getting brutalized in the 5th, and got beaten up for the rest of the way.

Still, Bowe landed the occasional big punch, and the fight still had that sense of unpredictability that you felt (correctly, if for the wrong reasons) that Bowe could still win it.

Bowe was a warrior in that fight.

Golota was killing him and he found it in him to give some back.

      Great example actually.

Naseem Hamed vs Steve Robinson. A super performance by Hamed and easily his best imo, he punished Robinson, a capable fighter.

Hamed just bossed the fight from start to finish and look leagues above him, and Robinson was a good fighter, not great but a respectable champion.

It was a one sided fight to begin with but as the rounds wore on Hamed began to take him apart.

            Great performance.

I've taken to putting my thoughts down on a .txt while I'm watching fights at like 5 AM so I can break up the usual bull**** on the front page about Pacquiao, Mayweather, Marquez, etc.

I miss the variety on this site, so I'm trying to do my part to help bring it back.

Cotto vs. Judah was pretty much one sided (Judah won like 2 rounds of the whole fight), still exciting no doubt.
