Which recent fight deserves to be on HBO legendary nights?

I keep hearing about Legendary Nights, but I have had HBO for years now, and I haven't ever seen it. When does it come on? I never see it mentioned during the fights, never on the commercials, I've never seen it On Demand. Is it just showing the old fights, or is it a discussion of the fights like ESPN Classic's Ringside?
