Is Joshua Clottey a harder puncher than Shane Mosley?

Since the fight with Cotto and Clottey was signed, many jumped the gun stating Clottey would KO Cotto. But is that fair to say? Cotto took some hard uppercuts and right hands and Mosley couldn't seem to really phase Cotto much/

So how does someone like Clottey who hasn't KOd anyone in years going to have this overwhelming strenghth against Cotto being Cotto took shots from IMO a harder and more consistent puncher?

SSM wasn't on form that night, i dont know why but he looked to be at 90% of what he normally is. maybe hes just getting old. SSM landed some shots but not as many as i thought he would.

i think clottey and SSM both hit harder than cotto, not by alot but imo they both edge it in terms of power because SSM throws his punches alot quicker and clottey uses timing and accuracy. right now id say SSM is the better puncher but its open to debate.

as for cotto i dont think he can be hurt but i do think you can take his heart, and take the fight out of him. clottey times his opponents very well with short, sharp punches, his left hook and right uppercut are lethal. hes also a good body puncher, im gonna say clottey via TKO late on in the fight

SSM got more pop than Clottey. I doubt Clottey KO's Cotto, but I'll believe that before I believe Cotto KO-ing Clottey.

mosley is the harder puncher, but ppl who think clottey will stop cotto dont expect it to be like a one punch KO. it will be from accumulation of punishment. clottey is a younger, hungrier more active fighter than mosley. he puts up that high guard and put on lots of pressure. some also think cotto is damaged goods since the margarito fight, and once his heart gets tested he will fold. once u quit its easier to return there, and like it or not for cotto fans cottos will was broken by margarito and ppl suggest it might happen again. he has a rugged fighter with an iron chin who will be coming to break him for 12 rounds, hes also a better bodypuncher than mosley. i wouldnt predict a KO, but its very possible.

Just ask Phoney Margarina who hits harder and I am sure he will say that Shane Mosley es su papi.

Clottey KOing Cotto has nothing to do with KO power. People are predicting Cotto getting KO'd because he is mentally weak and could quit at any moment.
Margarito sodomized Cotto on that faithful day on the 26 July 2008. In essence, Cotto is like a **** victim and is still traumatized by what happened to him and could result in him quitting.

                    This is my unbiased view
