Much has been made of Antonio Margarito hand wraps. Now we have a photo (above) of the evidence, courtesy of the California Attorney General's office.

On Tuesday the California Athletic Commission revoked Margarito's license for having an illegal plaster-like substance in his hand wraps during last month's unsuccessful title defense against Shane Mosley.

Unless that vote is overturned on appeal, Margarito won't be able to fight in the U.S. for at least a year. That means his scheduled fight with Miguel Cotto won't happen unless promoter Bob Arum makes a deal to move the fight to Mexico, Margarito's homeland.

But, in an earlier blog post, Kevin Baxter reported that Cotto won't fight Margarito in Mexico.

They found the wraps after the wraps were inspected. He lost miserably after that!! **** that cheater. I gave margarita props after the Cotto fight, but now i think hes a cheater not because he beat Cotto but because he got coght with plaster after the wraps were inspected. nah having too much fun just pissing you off.marg was suspended before the results were even announced,the difference between a life ban and a year suspension is the evidence if the state isnt prosecuting its not too string is it?csa and the state of california isnt the same thing believe me the state would go forward with CRIMINAL CHARGES if the evidence were there pffff im not going to jump on the bandwagon because its the easy thing to do **** that!!!!!
